Established in 2001 as the Senior Executive Networking Group of New England (SENG-NE or SENG), we offer superior executive career development to senior executives.

SUPERIOR NETWORKING + WORKSHOPS

SENG stands for Senior Executive Networking Group and has been operating continuously since 2001. It now operates under the SENG Suite umbrella which also includes professional development. SENG meeting structure is designed to meet the time constraints of senior executives and those who would like to take advantage of more formal networking within the group.

Our membership is highly selective and exclusively for senior executives. We offer unmatched diversity in industry and function including finance, general management, operations, marketing, technology, sales, engineering, research & development, human resources, and legal. Over the lifetime of the organization, roughly 90% of the members are VPs, Directors, or CXOs. We also have general managers, principals, founders, board members, controllers, attorneys, and others from the executive ranks.

SENG has always had a non-solicitation policy, so members do not pitch products and services to each other at our morning networking meetings. We added on-line events in 2020, and have many member executives outside of New England.

Since day one, the experience and value of SENG-NE has been exceptional and unique. From impactful, structured networking breakfasts with like-minded senior professionals, to insightful and timely career guidance and “pep talks”. Importantly, SENG-NE means being a part of a living network that acts/responds when called upon, providing the help, the “push”, and the response with mutual connections and referrals. During my job search I participated in associations, industry events, trade shows, and other networking groups. By comparison, the return on the effort, time, and money spent with SENG-NE was invaluable and unparalleled.

I can’t begin to thank you enough for all your support and kindness. I look forward to seeing SENG group members at one of the evening networking alumni events. I have met so many great people through SENG who I have learned so much from and I look forward to staying in touch with them.
— Susan Daddio - Global Events Executive, Takeda
As you know, I am a big fan of SENG.
I have been very active in several networking groups and I have found SENG to be an excellent resource. SENG provides efficient and effective networking with high-quality senior leaders across a wide spectrum of positions and industries. The group is welcoming and professional and my network now includes many folks I first met in SENG. I highly recommend joining and participating with this valuable organization during your job search.

Companies often invest in Management and Leadership training but overlook Executive Presence. Although Executive Presence is usually considered a critical C-Suite quality, it is important from the moment you become a manager and should be developed to prepare you for the C-Suite. It is the ability to inspire confidence in your team, for them to know that you can and will help them solve their problems and that you’re improving the organization they care about and work for.

Raleigh’s workshop provides important insights into different leaders, their approaches to Executive Presence, and why people follow their leadership. He then covers ways you can create and develop your Executive Presence. This workshop shares practical examples and is an excellent resource for your career development.
