Your A-Players Workshop: Accessing Your Referral's Inner Circle

Your most important referral is the one who will mentor you through their "inner network". Understanding who those referrals are is important. Generating a list of these A-Players, engaging & including them into your job search will make your introductions more productive. Knowing your “sweet spot” within the marketplace and connecting the dots between your targets and your A-Players creates traction and enables you to fully engage with your "messaging".

Session with Facilitator in a small group via Zoom with prework to get the best learning.

Register by January 31. Prep work is due to Admin@Sengsuite.org by February 1.

Workshop Prep Required:

1) Bring your 1-page Networking Brief (We’ll focus on your Target Companies & Market Segments)

2) Write Down Your Elevator Speech & Bring It (Elevator Speech should be 30-45 seconds long)

3) Bring Your Business Cards & Tag Line (If you don’t have one as of yet, bring your planned design format)

4) Bring Your Resume

5) Reflect on the Question: What is Your BRAND? (How are you differentiating yourself? )

6) Think about how you will create an Excel spreadsheet that has ALL your job search contacts
